
Dr. Kuhn Nuth was born and raised in a small logging community outside of Aberdeen, WA. She attended Gonzaga University for her undergraduate degree in biology. She then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA for her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. During dental school, Dr. Kuhn Nuth placed 4th Runner-up to Miss America 2015. For residency, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina in beautiful Charleston, SC. In January 2020, she began teaching part-time at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. At UMN, she works in the clinic with dental students—her aim is to help students build a strong foundation of diagnostic and clinical skills in endodontics. She had authored publications and presented continuing education lectures that have been viewed by thousands of dentists nationwide.
Dr Kuhn Nuth has traveled the world, including: Japan (lecturing at a dental school), Uganda (research on patient perceptions of dental care), Zambia (biology research), Jamaica (mission trip with the Christian Dental Society), and Turkey (studying history and following the path of the Apostle Paul). She enjoys bicycling, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, and taking the Amtrak on journeys around the US!
